Dr. Aditya Banta is a distinguished Consultant Spine Surgeon at the Indus Institute of Neuro Sciences. Renowned for his exceptional expertise and dedication, he is the first and only certified dedicated spine surgeon from the National Board of Spine Surgery. With over 14 years of exclusive experience in spine surgeries, Dr. Banta has been a pioneer in making spinal procedures safer and less risky.

Education and Training:
Dr. Banta completed his MBBS and MS (Orthopedics) at B.J. Medical College, Civil Hospital, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. He further pursued a DNB in Orthopedics from the National Board of Examination, Delhi, and an exclusive FNB in Spine Surgery from the prestigious Park Institute of Neurosciences, Kolkata.

Achievements and Accolades:
Dr. Banta has the unique distinction of being the first person in North India and the second in India to receive the VTI Gold Medal twice (2019 and 2024) from the Association of Spine Surgeons of India. These awards were conferred for his groundbreaking research on litigation in spine surgery and the conduct of spine fellowships in India.

Since November 2021, Dr. Banta has been serving as a Consultant Spine Surgeon in the Department of Spine Surgery at Indus Group of Hospitals, Mohali, Punjab.
